Katelyn does an amazing job every time I get a haircut!! Would highly recommend to anyone. Very friendly, professional, and great at what she does!! Five stars

WHAT IS THE POINT IN CHECKING IN EARLY AND MAKING AN APPOINTMENT??? I got online at 10am and saw there was an appointment available at 1130, great I thought, I have time to get up shower, eat breakfast and not have to rush. At 1030 I get a text back saying the stylist is ready to start making my way to the store, Hell I’m not even dressed yet! I though no this must be a mistake and I’ll proceed at MY SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME! Well long store short I show up at 1124 for my 1130 appointment time and the stylist is booked and said I have to wait 30-35 min. WHAT??? Makes no sense! Stop scheduling appointment times if you will NOT honor them! Thanks!
